I'm just a nostalgic kind of girl. My favorite stories are still fairy tales. I have always loved collecting “stuff.” I've been collecting vintage odds and ends, anything that caught my attention, for many years. Old toys, fabric scraps, buttons both fancy and plain, keys, and I have my mother's teacups. I decided to combine my love of “stuff” to create a very personal kind of art. I have been working in mixed media for a few years now and have had a surprising response to my work. I love working with old family photographs and memorabilia.
