King Wesley implements a new monetary system.

King Wesley has decreed that Altoria shall begin issuing script. Said script shall be redeemable for coin at the treasury in Paramount City.
All Altorian gold crowns shall be turned in to the newly formed treasury department.
Henceforth, all large financial transactions within the borders of Altoria shall be made using script.
The three month grace period has been extended. Altorian crowns shall continue to be accepted, while the transition is being made.
